Theraplaybook is designed specifically to provide therapeutic services to those experiencing performance anxiety, mental blocks due to anger and/or depression and those returning to life/sports after injury.
Through different therapeutic modalities and the MEAL PREP framework the client will have created their own toolbox of therapeutic tools to help them on their journey to mental wellness.
Every individual has a role they play in life, some natural, some earned, some voluntold. Within these roles expectations are placed and sometimes become a barrier to being the best version of self. One's MENTAL STATE is made up of what one consumes and believes about themself, situation and environment Theraplaybook will explore the mental state of the client identifying possible barriers.
It is important the client is ready to work toward mental wellness. The next step is to determine if one is seeking EXPOSURE (feeling overlooked; unseen; not good enough and/or needed); or afraid of being EXPOSED (constant worry/fear of something/someone being taken away; belief of not being qualified; using skill, pedigree; etc to mask insecurity)
AWARENESS challenges the client to closely examine everything that is happening on the outside (environment) as well as the inside (emotional and physical). With the assistance of Theraplaybook the client will learn and practice recognizing triggers as well as healthy and non-healthy supports.
Affirmations and manifestation is more than a fad. It is the LANGUAGE of self worth. What one says to self, hears other say about them, as well as communicates is important and impacts one's day to day behaviors. Client will explore, develop, practice and implement healthy communication as well as positive self-talk.
Training is the most important part of success. It PREPARES the mind and body for daily PURSUIT of success. Theraplaybook believes in acknowledging all wins regardless of the size. Success is a mindset (mental state). This is the first step in termination (decreasing or concluding therapeutic services).
A lot of training has happened thus far. Now it is time to put all that has been learned into action! Living a healthy life is the ultimate goal. Implementation of learned copings skills and mind shifts will be the client's sole responsibility. The skills have been taught and practiced but it is up to the individual to choose to use.
How successful will one be without ENERGY? Client will make a choice in regard to effort that is administered to continue to maintain and establish healthy boundaries, positive support system and own identity. (Relapse occurs but the framework is created to support the client identify the need.)
Healthy living is important for everyone. It does not mean one will not have difficult days but what is important, is the client discovering the PASSION one has for self and the health of own mentality and the ability to maintain.
