I am a licensed professional counselor who strongly believes that growth is critical to the success of her clients. I live by the quote, "Give a woman a dollar and watch her put it back into her community." Author Unknown. My goal is to create an environment where my clients feel seen and understood. Being my true, authentic self is what I strive for because I am not your typical therapist and enjoy being real.

 At Lindsey Wilson College, I earned a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development with a concentration in mental health counseling. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have worked with diverse populations in various settings for over 12 years. 

In my experience conducting therapy, I have learned that we all have a race to run. "There are some people called to run long races. A short race may be all that is required of some people. Our race isn't about distance but how well we run it." It is your business to determine how well you run.

 A short race run well is much better than a long run poorly. Train yourself for the life you desire through therapy.
