I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate
about helping the athletic community compete against the stigma of athletes and mental health. My hope is to assist with identifying what one determines is the best version of self while also challenging one to get past their biggest barrier, which is usually themselves.
My philosophy is that having a strong relationship with self, impacts one's perspective and relationship with life.
I completed her undergraduate program at Northwest
Missouri State University. I majored in Psychology while
also receiving a minor in Criminal Justice. I received my
Master of Social Work from Austin Peay State University. I
has over I5 years of experience working in the mental
health field.
I understand the amount of dedication, training,
time, and energy it takes to be "SUCCESSFUL" as an athlete.
I challenge my clients to utilize the tools they already have and implementation of new ones.
I incorporate throughout sessions the importance of identifying wins regardless of them being big or small it is important to celebrate the wins.
Currently providing services to the athletic community who are struggling with mental blocks; performance anxiety; depression and/or anger.
